60 mlscoconut milk
1/2 teaspoonbaking powder

Mix it all together

Add coconut oil to frying pan

Fry for a couple of mins on one side and flip for another minute or so, until it’s cooked both sides.

Serve with skyr yoghurt and fresh blueberries
