Heat oil in kadai add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, clove. Once cumin seeds done add cubed potatoes. Sprinkle little water close with lid and cook for 1 minute. Do this in medium flame.

Sprinkle water every 1 to 2 minutes, close and cook. Serve 1 tbsp of water for capsicum. Once potato 75% done add cubed capsicum.

Sprinkle remaining water and cook in low flame. Be careful don't over cook the potato. Whenever need water add. Don't overdose it

Add crushed pepper and pinch of garam masala. Roast until potato turns very crispy. Serve hot with rice dishes or roti.
