  • 1 cupfresh buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoonraita masala
  • 1 teaspoonpowder of roasted cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupbundi

    Add all spices and bundi in buttermilk

    Keep it aside for 5 minutes so that bundi will completely soak buttermilk.
