Get the dry ingredients together

Add the cubes of the cold butter to the dry ingredients and mix in your hand till they get crumbs

Add the sour cream to the crumbs and blend it all to come together as a dough

Put the dough in the wax paper flat it as a desk chill for half hour in the fridge
