200 gramsor 20 Oreo cookies
200 gramssweetened condensed milk
400 mlheavy or thickened cream chilled
1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Grind the oreo cookies coarsely in a grinder

In a large mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract.

Beat with a hand blender electric mixer on medium to high speed for 3 - 4 minutes until mixture turns thick and creamy

Add grinded Oreo cookies and mix well evenly.

Pour the mixture into a container or a freezing tray and set in the freezer covered with a lid

Cover the container with a plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.

Scoop out and enjoy chilled.
