  • 6potatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut into fries shape and dry them with a kitchen towel

  3. 3

    Heat oil and deep fry until crunchy

  4. 4

    Remove from oil and place on a serviette to drain excess oil

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some black pepper and enjoy
