Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kglady finger
  2. Oil for deep fry
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. To tasteblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the lady finger in small cubes and deep fry them in oil.

  2. 2

    Take it out and put it sieve for a while so that excess oil is drained. Add in salt and pepper when the lady finger is still hot. Mix well and serve it with rice and khatti daal or Saadi daal.
