Caramel Custard Pudding
Steps

In a large heavy saucepan,cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden.

Allow to cool for 5mins or until the caramelised sugar sets completely.

Now in a large bowl take milk,vanilla extract and 1tbsp custard powder. Whisk and mix until everything is well combined.

Pour in caramelised set bowl

Cover the bowl and steam for 30mins or until it's set completely.

Cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2hrs.

Finally unmould the caramel custard pudding and enjoy.
