Soak the soybeans in hot water for 30 minutes. After soaking, drain and rinse them in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water.

Mix the soybeans with all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and red chili powder until well coated.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated soybeans until golden. Remove and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until it starts to change color. Add the onion and green bell pepper, then add all the sauces, vinegar, salt, and red chili powder. Stir well.

Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry and add it to the pan. Cook for 1 minute, then add the fried soybeans and cook together. Soya Chilli is ready. Serve hot with chapati or naan.
