At first add all above mentioned ingredient of koftai in mince and crushed it on sill then add chopped onions and green chilli

Now make balls and shallow fry them in oil and put aside

Then in another pan add oil then onions and when they became golden brown put them out

Then in the same oil add g.g paste and sabut garam masala now add all spices mention above

Then put the yougert and fried onions in blender and add half cup water and blend

Now add the mixture in the oil and then add koftai and potatoes,salt slices and then stir and add water almost 2glass cover until potatoes tenderized
