Add butter and half of the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until soft

Add in sliced tomatoes and fry for a minute or two. Remove from the pan and set aside

Add sausage or chopped bacon, fry to your liking and set aside

Beat eggs with milk or cream with some salt and pepper. Add in the rest of the olive oil to the pan and scramble your eggs.

Heat up the tortilla wrap according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon in everything into the tortilla starting with eggs.
