Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1tomato sliced with the inside scooped out
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 2eggs
  • 3-4mushrooms sliced
  • 1sausage sliced or chopped bacon
  • 1tortilla wrap
  • 1 tablespooncream or milk (optional)
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add butter and half of the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until soft

  2. 2

    Add in sliced tomatoes and fry for a minute or two. Remove from the pan and set aside

  3. 3

    Add sausage or chopped bacon, fry to your liking and set aside

  4. 4

    Beat eggs with milk or cream with some salt and pepper. Add in the rest of the olive oil to the pan and scramble your eggs.

  5. 5

    Heat up the tortilla wrap according to the instructions on the package.

  6. 6

    Spoon in everything into the tortilla starting with eggs.
