  • Red dried chiilii or kashmiri chiilii
  • Soya souce
  • Oyster souce
  • Vineger
  • Salt
  • Tomoto ketchup

    Marinate chicken in it now add egg cornflour n baking powder in marination. Marinate for 2hours then fry until golden brown colour. Heat oil add garlic fry then add chiilii cut them half n fry then add ketchup vineger n soya souce n oyster souce add some water for
    Desire consistency.
    Now add fried chicken in it n fry for 2min
