    Rinse plantain well,cut and slice to desired shape..add lil salt,mix well.preheat oil,fry,flip sides,till done...

  2. 2

    Whisk eggs,add seasoning,lil salt,whisk and fry in 2tbs of preheated oil,stir,till well fried....serve with fried plantain
