  2. 1 packyeast (for bread making)
  3. 10 teaspoonssugar
  4. 100 mlmilk
  5. Water, oil

    Make the dough: Mix flour, milk, sugar, water, yeast in a bowl and let the dough for 1 hour until it becomes 2 times bigger

  2. 2

    Pull the dough long like noodle in 15 minutes. Then separate it to 10 parts

  3. 3

    Shape all parts like the picture & steam them in 15 minutes. Cover the steamer with a little bit oil and let all parts have a small space while steaming. Open the steamer cover gradually and enjoy the steam buns
