    Stir-fry french bean with dry shrimp

    french bean • dry shrip • White pepper, optional #i never add any salt/msg since there's a flavourful from the dry shrimp, but you can add any seasoning as you prefer:) • garlic, chopped • cooking oil

    Big red chili, remove the seeds and make a long hole for the eggs • eggs (add seasoning if needed) • cooking oil

    Egg rolls with veggies

    eggs (can add some milk but if you don't like can skip) • carrots (cut into matchsticks, boil briefly) • green leafy (this time I use romaine lettuce since there's a balance from the salad) • milk, any kind of milk (but can skip if you don't want it) • mushroom powder and a pinch of salt (you may add some of white pepper if you want lighty spicy taste)
