medium roasted potatoes, sliced thin • grilled aubergine (eggplant) • med spring onion, sliced • streaky bacon, cut into 2 inch lengths • roasted red capsicum, sliced into 1 inch strips then into 2-3 inch lengths • roasted green capsicum, sliced the same as red capsicum • carrots, cooked then sliced into 1 inch rounds • eggs • garlic, crushed and roughly chopped • salt, to taste • cracked black pepper to taste • chili powder, a little goes a long way with eggs •
