    flat pita bread • olive oil (flavored is nice) • spread of some kind (ex. pesto, mayo and mustard, chutney, cheese-based spread) • meat (grilled chicken, sandwich meat, etc.) • cheese (feta, pepper jack, sliced of any variety) • red or yellow pepper (chopped--can be sauteed in oil with onions first) • be creative (mushrooms, other veggies, olives, tomatoes, onions)

    Chicken and rice with peppers

    olive oil • frozen pepper onion mix (feel free to chop own fresh--a cup of each) • garlic (you can mince own cloves or, take easier option of using bottled garlic already minced) • boneless chicken • long grain rice • chicken broth (or, just buy the utility ingredient, better than bouillon, where one tsp. + cup of water = cup of broth) • black pepper (table pepper) • canned, diced tomatoes
