I'm from New Orleans with a little bit of backwoods in me from my dad's side of the family. We like our food tasty, our beer cold, and having friends over to eat. Hunting and fishing are two favorite pastimes, so there will be a lot of wild game recipes as well as recipes for grills, smokers, etc.
