    Banana chocolate or nut bread

    bananas (any stage of ripeness) • butter (1/4 cup)(any substitute ok too) • brown sugar • white sugar • salt • backing soda • flour • backing powder • almond extract • Big handful of chocolate chips or walnuts, or both

      Stir fried Main noodles

      Pre cooked lo or chow main noodles or something similar (2 cups) • Veggie oil (to coat pan) • cabbage chopped to sliver stripps • bean sprouts • eggs beaten (more if you like) • Couple shoots of chopped chives • hoisen sause • table spoons soy sauce (more or less to taiste) • Cubbed spam or any protein on hand • Optional (korean red pepper paste) • Optional (seseme seed oil)

      My Lasagna

      Lasagna noodles, enough to cover your glass or metal pan 3 times • ground beef • ground sausage • fresh spinach leaves • cottage cheese • a tub of sour cream • Medium bag of shredded cheese (or shred your own, any flavor) • eggs • Your favorit tomato or white sause (1 jar or 2 cans) more ok • Salt • Pepper • About 1 tablespoon to taist of Onion powder

        cooked rice • milk (substitutes can work, does change flavor) • white sugar (more or less if desired) • vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar) • table spoons cinnamon (more or less to taste) • eggs (beaten) • nutmeg for garnish (gives the nog flavor) • salt
