    Enough water so you can get starchy water • Fettuccine shaped pasta • Macaroni shaped pasta • Salt • Neutral Oil (use whatever you have) • shrimps (discard heads and skins, save for the sauce) • Garlic (minced) • Shallot (minced) • chili flakes • Soy sauce (for umami, skip if u don't have any) • parsley leaf (minced) • Lemon juice (from 1 quarter cut of lemon)

    all-purpose flour (high protein flour for better chewier texture) • water (60% hydration) • instant/rapid yeast • salt • neutral oil • neutral oil • small shallot (mince until form a paste) • garlic (mince until form a paste) • fresh blended tomato (canned whole tomato great too) • celery (better using oregano or parsley) • Ready-to-cook sausage (quarter cut) • Salt & pepper

    egg, the freshest if you have (because fresh egg have a bright yolk also a white that like slurry that gonna make any egg cook better than an old egg, still it's opstional) • Pinch of salt • Enough amount of fresh ground pepper (preground pepper work fine) • Just enough butter/neutral oil/ animal fat (butter's the best option, making your dishes smooth, animal fat make it more richer in flavour, while neutral oil is fine) • bowl rice (optional) • Garnish (chives/green scallions/finishing salt, all of this is optional)
