Lbs. Tri-tip beef roast • Salt • Black pepper, ground • Garlic powder • Paprika • Onion powder • Rosemary, dried/crushed • Cayenne pepper • Red Wine Vinegar • Vegetable/cannola oil • Garlic, crushed/minced • Dijon Mustard

Flour, sifted • Milk, dry (non-fat) • Baking powder • Salt • Shortening or unsalted Butter* • Use shortening for extended shelf life (3 months). Unsalted butter mix must be used immediately or refrigerated for up to 3 weeks • For small batches use: 2.5 cups Flour, 1/3 cup dry Milk, 1 Tbs.
