Organic Rolled Oats • Water • Plant Based Milk (I prefer Soy or Oat, sometimes Cashew) • Dried Fruits : Preferably Organic (I usually use Sultanas or Rasians but do use Figs or Apricots) • Nuts and or Seeds • Organic Tumeric • Pepper (this helps the make the tumeric more avalible to the body) • Fresh Fruit/s of Choice (Apples Peaches Pears Etc) • Sweetner to Taste (Optional) • Additional Plant milk to serve (Optional)
