I like mediterranean dishes, sushi, Italian dishes, spanish dishes.
I also like to eat out. Best eating out experience ever was at Astrid e Gaston in Lima, Peru. Second ever best eating out experience was at La Mar, another Lima restaurant. If you like good food, especially seafood and ceviche, it is worth flying over to Lima just for that!
Favorite things to cook:
I like to do sushi with friends, it is a lot of fun. I also like to grill meat and fish.
But my real favorite thing to cook is to cook with my wife (that is to assist in the kitchen) and to cook with and for friends!
Dishes I am famous for:
Turkey for Christmas, mutabbal, and some sushi!
