kale (or 4 cups of spinach) • strawberries (or 1 cup mango-can be frozen) • sliced almonds (roasted in butter if you have time) • Dressing • Juice from 1/2 lemon (or 1 lime -citrus brings out iron) • as much oil (olive, grapeseed or whatever you have/like) • Salt and pepper(fresh ground better) • bit of honey or maple syrup to sweeten (a tablespoon or so)
