I am an Amercian born, transplanted Nebraskan, who is part Filipino, and I love cooking foods from the Philippines whenever I am able to get my hands on the ingredients I may not have on hand when I get a hankering for them. I love cooking almost any ethnic foods from around the world. Some have even made it into my weekly dinners. I also like to bake when I get a hankering for sweets.
