Kiiiinda. I save all the discard from feeding my sourdough starter and I cooked that like you would injera.It doesn’t have teff flour in it so I called it “unjera”. 😆I just discovered that my local wholefoods place has teff flour so I’m planning on trying to make a more authentic injera soon.

Unjera! I love it! Great idea and look forward to seeing how you get on with making teff injera. It's a challenge I've never taken on but my mum makes it regularly at home and it seems complicated but always worth it for the taste :)
