Me again. Another idea for this recipe.. We had a roast we needed to make so we cooked it overnight in the crackpot with dry salsa mixes/spices etc and shredded. This, combo'ed kidneys, corn, jalapeños, onion, peppers. So good. I look forward to making a vegetarian version. (beans, beans & more beans)
