Thanks for this recipe. I tried making doughnuts again using your recipe but they still didn't turn out fluffy. Do you know what I did not do right?

It's my pleasure, I think you didn't knead it well, make sure your dough is soft not hard (from mixture to kneading) and frying try to cover with kitchen towel when removed from oil. Try again and let us see the result. Thanks
