Ingredients

  1. 2mudu (32 cups) flour
  2. 8 tbspyeast
  3. 8eggs
  4. 4 cupssugar
  5. 2 sachetsbutter
  6. 9 cupswarm water
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix flour and yeast, keep aside, in a bowl add warm water, sugar, egg and butter (melt the butter). Pour the wet ingredients in to dry one and knead for 30 minutes. Knead well till soft and stretchy.

    Cover and keep in warm place for an hour or until double in size. Roll on floured surface and cut the shapes.

    Line in floured tray and keep in warm place to rise again. Fry on medium flame.

    Can be stored in airtight and its still soft and fluffy.
