
Your recipe inspired last nights dinner Stella, thank you for the inspiration! I adapted mine to be vegan and use what I had but it was absolutely delicious! Despite being similar to dishes I make, it was also really different. This is going to be a weekly favourite from now on - thank you!

Also, my olive jar happened to have some preserved lemon added. It seemed to go really well. You might like to try it if you have some and you make it again.

Ah I saw the small lemons in your photo (or was it yellow cherry tomato?). This seems like a really nice addition, I will certainly try it. I have a tree that produces really small lemons (they are limequats to be exact) and this could be a nice use for them.

This was created by mistake, I was actually making quinoa sushi but I didn’t make it sticky enough! It was so delicious I thought I would share it. The Japanese flavours were delicious and really complemented the quinoa - so fresh and healthy 😋🌱
