I live in Greece but I love to try and experiment with food from all over the world! I have 2 children that are grown up now and off to the University, but I consider it my great success that they both love to try new things, they can cook and actually love to do it! It is my firm belief that everyone can cook and the only thing to do is get in the kitchen and try it!

I added some lemon zest and reduced the sugar a bit(not that I needed to, it’s not much). They are just wonderful 🥰 You get all these different tastes with each bite, banana, blueberry, lemon! They are fluffy and tasty. And they are so easy and quick to make! I will definitely make them again, thank you for the recipe! -
I just made one cup, using the peels and core of one apple. I put the peeled apples in the microwave for a quick and healthy sweet and then made a tea with the rest #cookeverypart . It was super tasty. I had had apple tea like this in my trip to Istanbul and was never able to recreate it. Now I know! Thank you
