@CarolPhakEnhle 😄 so basically this is what I use and my favorites its called Kashmiri masala, rumba russi masala, breyani mix, wet leaf masala ... if you want to balance the hotness and make it more mild... take 100g of garam masala 50g of kashmiri masala 50g of turmeric powder and 50g of coriander powder mix these together to create your very own mild masala... please send me pictures 😃😃😃if you do end up making it 🥰🤩🤩🤩
