@tesa_cuina I will I had it a few years ago in a restaurant and o loved it I will buy the tubes and make it it's so nice I had like a bolognaise sauce poured over mine as the restaurant that's not what you have on yours though, it looks lovely 😀 🤗🤗

With a light bechamel it's sufficient, because inside the tubes are delicious meat's sauce. The tubes need a lot of humidity for are cooked, attention!
