Just made the cake as a desert for my kids ... Lovely but I realised I didn't have baking powder so I used bicarbonate instead ... It's still good

Used half tsp bicarbonate... Just Incase... In future I think il use suger instead of castor sugar.. it really dominates ... N of course baking powder
