Made this again but followed the recipe exactly this time. Really tasty. I always cube tofu without thinking but consider me a crumble-convert from now :)

Thanks for sharing! I think I crumble more than cube these days too. Unless I'm frying it and then it's all about slicing. Tofu is so versatile. Glad you enjoyed it!
