Using air fryer and maybe too hot and too long wkwkwk but it taste good. I am Using lemon in marinated sauce

Thank you for trying it. Using Lemon for Tatsuta-age marinade is a new thing for many Japanese, but I sometimes add Rice Vinegar depending on the type of fish. Never thought of using Vinegar for Salmon, but it could be good. Thanks for the inspiration.
