Step 1
Grate the carrot should be 100/120 g (depends on your carrot).
Step 2
Once ready, we put it in a 16/18 cm diameter pan that is non-stick and add the panela, and if you want add cinnamon to make it even richer. Mix it very well and reserve it
Step 3
In a bowl we are going to place the eggs and the vegetable milk, the teaspoon of vanilla, the teaspoon of stevia and mix

Add the oat flour, almond flour and yeast and mix everything

Since we have the dough ready, we are going to pour it over the carrot and we are going to distribute it very well and cook it over low heat for 8-10 min and cover it when you think it is done, then prick it and if it comes out clean, then that is it, if it does not come out clean, leave it a little more
