A recipe with SRV & AK is always a must try! I put in an added base of hash browns. When finished, I flipped the iron skillet over for easy slicing and added a little hot sauce. Something that Stevie would conjure up no doubt.

I agree, he was one of the best. I had an opportunity to see one of his shows in '88 I think, but decided I would catch him next time. Big regret on that one! As for the dish, actually mine looked better plated, but I forgot to take a pic of it once it hit the serving plate and then the table. I guess you can say that I was stranded, caught in a crossfire.
