I also cooked sooji besan halwa. But instead of sugar, i dissolved jaggery with a pinch of orange colour in water and later on mixed in roasted suji-besan mixture. Halwa came out so delicious and lipsmacking. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. Thanks a lot for your superb recipe.
