
Made the black bean version, swapped half of the soy sauce with Zhenjiang vinegar. Exactly what I like in a veggie burger - it's not trying to be meat it's just being its quite tasty self!

I love the black bean version the best! I know what you mean, I hate it when vegetarian stuff tries too much be like meat heh. Hmm, adding vinegar sounds interesting. I'll have to try that!
