Was delicious. I'm only cooking for two so I only used 2 cups of rice. Plenty of leftovers. I used the Broccoli Cheese soup & Cream of chicken with jus a dollop of cour cream. Was fantastic. Baked chicken with Lemon Pepper n a chicken stock that was covered. And baked actual casserole for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Yummo
