Mmm! This is freaking AMAZiNG! The sage really makes the flavor in the pork. Used Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce! (Better to use a smoked sauce to try to get that authentic smoked flavor you only get from a smoker)

Also I Browned the meat before putting it in the crockpot, that's where the oil comes in handy! Yumm!
