Ingredients

  1. 3 lbPork shoulder
  2. 1 tspSeasoning salt
  3. 1 tspPepper
  4. 1 tspGarlic powder
  5. 1 tspOnion powder
  6. 2 tspSage
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 2 tbspOil
  9. 18 ozBottle bbq sauce
  10. 8Hamburger buns or rolls

Cooking Instructions

    Pull out pork butt and trim fat if needed.

    Rub the pork butt with oil.

  3. 3

    Mix the seasonings together.

  4. 4

    Rub seasoning mix all over pork butt.

  5. 5

    Place pork butt in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    Remove pork butt when finished cooking. Let sit for 10 minutes then pull apart with fingers or forks.

    Discard the cooking water and place the pulled pork back in the crocket pot. Add full bottle of BBQ sauce and mix. Cook for another hour on low and serve
