I followed the recipe but tweaked a couple of things to use up what I had! I used just 2 cups of apple and added in some kiwi chopped up. I added 1 less cup of sugar, zest of 2 limes and 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (as I ran out of nuts!!) Tastes great....especially with some custard!! (Plus I did in loaf tins and cooked for 40 mins)
