Ingredients

  1. Wet ingredients
  2. 4 cupspeeled cored and grated apples
  3. 2medium size mashed bananas
  4. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence or paste
  5. 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  6. 2large eggs
  7. 1⁄2 cup of chopped pecans, toasted
  8. Dry Ingredients
  9. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  10. 2 cupsbrown sugar
  11. 2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 2 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180c

    Combine all the wet ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.

    Add dry to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Pour into your lined baking tin.

    Bake in preheated oven for 1hour or up to 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve warm.
