This is a delicious combination! I love the fluffy egg base after it cooks. We did add a few more herbs and seasonings including white pepper parsley basil. I did double the cheese by accident, and we added some white and brown button mushrooms. This is a keeper! With our garden harvest we will be eating a lot of this dish!
