
I loved this recipe.. it was a big hit! Although, I tweaked it just a bit. I ended up doubling the recipe and using regular medium cheddar cheese instead of what the recipe calls for. I also added a couple large spoonfuls of sour cream to make it a little more creamy, minced garlic, basil, a smidge of celery salt, pepper, and a hint of cayenne pepper to give it a kick. Turned out great! Definitely recommend this recipe, and recommend experimenting with different spices that you like. That little extra flavor goes a long way!

I used a mixture of medium cheddar cheese and parmesan. It's the sour cream that makes the cheese creamy, though.
