Made this for guests with two different kinds of fish! Unfortunately, I couldn’t find malt vinegar so we used lemon wedges instead. Everyone loved it 😻

Malt-vinegar is key (personally) and with a newspaper, well it makes it authentic. Good job Miles and Felice!
