I’m a 13 year old girl from Essex who loves to cook and bake. I definitely prefer to bake as I find it relaxing and more easier than cooking. My favourite food is beef stew and my favourite baked goods are pastries

- I was about 5 and my grandma wanted me to help her make breakfast. She was making simple porridge for the family which was a bit bland and boring. So I found some honey and added some into the pot then I added berries and other fruit. When it was served everyone loved it and it has been the family recipe ever since.
