Stuffed Spaghetti SquashThe spaghetti squash is stuffed with chicken, broccoli, bacon, spaghetti squash noodles, and lots of homemade Alfredo sauce. I mixed everything together, spooned some back into the hollowed out squash, then topped it with freshly shredded parmesan cheese. I stuck it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes to melt and crisp the cheese on top.When I roast the squash, I put them facedown on the pan that I used to bake the bacon. They absorbed all of that delicious, bacon flavor.
